Returns & Exchanges
At MERCH WARHAMMER, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if your apparel doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Shipping Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via your registered email address.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the unworn apparel in its original packaging and attach the printed shipping label to the outside of the parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Deliver your package to the nearest authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund is processed.
